SHOPPING: As you browse items, click on the link for product information and to add it to your shopping cart. You’ll be taken to your cart where you can change the quantity by selecting EDIT. Then click the button on the bottom to continue shopping. Click REMOVE to take it out of your cart.
You can also download and print our order form (PDF) and mail it in with your payment.

PAYMENT: When you’re done, complete the ordering information on the Checkout page. We accept Visa and visa-mastercard.gif (8944 bytes)MasterCard along with PayPal. Sales tax will be added for Colorado residents. Your order is on a  secure server so your privacy is protected. If you do not want to type in a credit card, you can call us at 719-635-2643 Ext. 8 with the number, or send a check or money order. You can also print out your shopping cart screen and mail it with check or money order to us at 706 N Royer St., Colorado Springs, CO 80903. 

TAXES: Because we are in Colorado, orders sent within Colorado must pay sales tax (but you get your stuff faster!).

SHIPPING: We ship within 48 hours of your order except holidays. Orders must be received by 9 p.m. east coast time to be included in the next day's order processing. We keep our shipping low by keeping it simple. All U.S. orders are tracked for your convenience. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to third-parties such as a business, shipping center or other address beside your residence. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days to receive. You can also get fast-delivery with overnight or 2-day options. We can only ship to U.S., APO and Canadian addresses except noted below. Overnight orders may take 24 hours before shipped.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Package costs are based on  on weight and distance. Since we cannot calculate exact distance postage online, we have averaged the shipping costs. If your shipping charge is too excessive, you will get a credit. Likewise, if it falls way above what you paid we will notify you of the increased shipping cost and must obtain your approval before shipping. Also note that charges include packaging and handling. 

OVERSEAS SHIPPING: Whether you're in the military or an expatriate, we can send your order overseas under certain conditions. The most important is whether your country allows our products to enter your country. Another is shipping charges. Since they vary by country, we cannot set one price on our Web system. So you must contact us first and we will give you an exact quote. You can pay by mailing us a check, money order or using a credit card with a bank operating in the USA. Payments must clear before items are shipped. If a military address is an APO, you can use our US shipping rates, as a salute to our service personnel we will pick up the extra cost.

PRIVACY POLICY: It’s simple: We will not use your name or information in any way except to process your order or contact you about your order. We will not sell or reveal our customer list to anyone without your permission. We like to keep in touch with our customers so at times may notify our past customers of product updates, sales or news. Contact us if you don't want to receive email from us. Please be aware that we cannot control privacy issues on other sites that we may refer you to. Please check those sites' policies.

OUR GUARANTEE: If you’re not satisfied with any product, return it within 15 days of receiving for a full credit. Just contact us for return instructions. Partially used products will receive partial credit. Shipping costs are not eligible for credit.

RETURN & ERROR POLICY: Any requests for returns, order errors or missing orders must be made within 15 days of delivery.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICING: Because many of the products rely on natural ingredients and often made fresh, there may be times when these ingredients are not ready for harvesting or are in short supply. We will inform you if a product is delayed due to this, and give you the option of a later shipment, substituting or canceling your order. Because of this, your credit card is not billed until the order has been shipped. These factors also affect pricing, which is why you may notice price changes. Please contact us about quantity discounts for large orders.
