Returns And Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 25 days from receipt of your order, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to correct the problem either with a refund or replacement/exchange per the following provisions:

• Contact us first before returning any items for any reason.  Items sent back without prior notification will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  
  
• Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipper. Please report damaged packages to the shipper and us.
  
  
• Defective merchandise generally involves a warranty claim.  Many times the manufacturer desires defective items be sent directly to them.  We will advise you as how they want an exchange to take place. We do not cover the cost of returning the item to us or the manufacturer, if there is any.
  
  
• Merchandise you wish to return for a refund or exchange that is not part of a warranty claim, and it is still within 25 days from receipt of the items:
  
  
  • Must be returned by us in their original (unused) condition and in their original packaging, and with all tags and labels.  We do not accept used or damaged merchandise for a refund.
    
    
  • After our inspection, we will refund you the full purchase price less our cost of shipping the item to you, when 'free shipping' was part of the original order. If 'free shipping' was not received on the original order, your  purchase price of the item will be credited minus the difference in actual shipping charges and what you paid, if any.
    
    
  • Initiating a return after 25 days of receipt of the order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (note Christmas season provision of above).
    
    
• Personalized or custom sized items and those items marked as 'Close Outs' are not returnable for exchange or refund.
  
  
• If athletegift.com sends the wrong items to you accidentally, we will make all corrections at no additional cost to you.
  
  
• Any returns should be insured for its full value. COD's are not accepted. Product prices and specifications are subject to changes without notice by the manufacturer. athletegift.com does not assume responsibility for these changes in product specifications. Typographic, descriptive, and pricing errors can occur and are subject to correction at any time. Errors in pricing will not be honored
